Onboarding Requirements

• Completion of all Federal & New Jersey state screening processes
• Fingerprinting & background checks
• Drug screening
• Required caregiver training programs
• Certification in CPR & First Aid
• Verification through the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and the Child Abuse Record Information (CARI)
• Completion of all required documentation and compliance verifications
